We had a wonderful stay at Victoria Garden Hotel. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Chew Jetty and Georgetown's heritage sites, and it is also close to restaurants and eateries.
The property is clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was decent and catered well to a variety of preferences.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind throughout our visit. In particular, the manager, Amar, was exceptionally helpful, personable, and knowledgeable, and he ensured that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

The room and facilities look new and have just renovated.
My room was in the third floor which facing the parking lot meaning no privacy and l felt no safe. I used to ask for the nice view room before,but no response.

Convenient location and very central to main areas of Georgetown.
The room was not very clean. Floors were sticky and housekeeping kept on forgetting to top up the body wash in the shower. There is mold and grime on the shower doors and window. The buffet breakfast did not have much of a variety and was boring. Would recommend to skip buffet breakfast here and go outside to have better Penang breakfast.
