Our condo is perfectly situated on the 6th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Avoid the elevators and park directly on this floor!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and FREE WIFI! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 65" HDTVs in the master and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms all have 55" HDTVs, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, King in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and two Queen sized beds in the 4th bedroom.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Great beach views and location. Everything was wonderful. The only issue we had was there was only one dishwasher pod and there were some dirty dishes in the cabinets. If there’s supposed to be a starter pack and you have to run the dishwasher upon leaving, there needed to be at least two. Maybe this is why some of the dishes weren’t completely clean.

The condo is the cleanest/ nicest that we have stayed in and to be able to park in a covered garage on the same floor as the condo was a HUGE plus. It was stocked with everything you need for a kitchen and the beds were super comfy. The beach water was the closest to the walkway than any other condo we have stayed in so there wasn’t any walking in the soft white sand for any length of time.One thing that I would mention is the pool area. One reason we booked this place was because of the pool with the winding slide only to find out that you have to be 4’ to use the slide. You also have to know how to swim and you can’t use any swim vest/floaties on the slide. Just a “heads up” for families with smaller children. Other than that...we definitely would come back!
