Friendly and helpful lady on reception, lovely clean and spacious room near to reception. Nice shower too, cannot fault the room itself it was lovely
Bed was huge but rock hard! We were cold too as there was only a thin sheet and thin blanket on the bed - we found the duvets in the cupboard next morning. We thought that was silly as any other place would have the duvets on the bed. They had a kettle in the room which again was great but we had to ask for two tea cups! The staff were helpful so that made up for it. Only other small thing was reception was unattended at night and the main door was left open all night - it was close to our room so I think it's definitely a security issue they need to address. We were a bit nervous about that. Although this did not deter us at all, the location is about 12 min walk to the amphitheatre and about 15 mins walk into the old town, it's in a slightly odd and off the beaten track location.

It was peaceful and a short walk to all the major attractions. The open courtyard was nice.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great.
The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment. At first glance, it looks fine, but the bathroom in particular doesn’t meet the standards you’d normally expect from a four-star hotel. There was an unbearable smell coming from the toilet/drain, which was sorted out on the second day by placing a urinal cleaner on the floor (causing the whole room to smell of chemical orange), the shower wasn’t draining properly, there were patches of mould on the bathroom wall, and the air conditioning smelled quite.
For this kind of money, I would not come back.
