Your all-season retreat in the heart of Estes Park, book now. Convenient downtown location, open year round! On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets studio loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river. Newly furnished, this unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the loft upstairs and there's a sofa bed located downstairs in the living room (no door in between). 3/4 bath upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs for your convenience, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). This unit has a full kitchen with dishwasher and oven, river view from front deck, skylight and fireplace. WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town.
The Loop highway was completed and the highway now passes in front of the Lofts of Estes building so there's more daytime car traffic.
Convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere.
Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in winter.

The location was awesome!! I was able to walk everywhere. Unfortunately, the unit I stayed in (for four days) was terrible. Worst property I’ve ever rented.
- Upon entry, the temperature was 90 degrees inside - with outside June temps in the low 80s. All the blinds were up, small upstairs A/C unit was off, the heat & fireplace pilot were on. IT TOOK TWO FULL DAYS TO COOL THE PLACE DOWN.
- The kitchen was tiny - I can’t imagine trying to cook.
- The only storage places were crammed with towels, bedding & cleaning supplies. Had to live out of suitcases the whole trip.
- No laundry detergent & dryer didn’t work.
- The decor, furniture, fixtures were all old, broken in places & likely have not been replaced since the 90s.
- Ceiling fan by entry way was cracked with pieces of glass missing. Definitely hazardous.
- The property backed directly up to a small mountain. As such, there was no back door or deck/patio. The front area was nice but was adjacent to a busy road.
I would not recommend unless you were never in the unit.
