Your all-season retreat in the heart of Estes Park, book now. Convenient downtown location, open year round! On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets studio loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river. This studio unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the loft upstairs and has a sofa bed located downstairs in the living room (privacy notice: no door in between). Two 3/4 baths for your convenience, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). Condo has a full kitchen, large balcony with river view and a skylight. WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town.
The Loop highway was completed and the highway now passes in front of the Lofts of Estes building so there's more daytime car traffic.
Very convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere.
Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in winter.

We loved our stay at the loft in this unit. It’s so convenient to downtown and a short drive to the entrances of the park. Parking can be tricky, but having a pass for across the street is a plus. The unit was more than we expected, very clean and the bed was SO comfy! We appreciated the abundance of towels as well. Highly recommend!

Super cute place and perfect location. We walked everywhere! Trolley stop right outside if you don’t like walking the streets. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony!

This place was a nice size and cute. There were two bathrooms which made my wife happy. It's location is outstanding. Walking distance to everything downtown. The Crepe shop was a 3 minute walk and outstanding. Next door to it is a coffee shop. The parking is a little tight, but you get a pass to put in your car for the lots across the street. If we go back to Estes Park we will stay here.
