About this apartment rental
Welcome to our apartment in Porto's Lapa area. It's a private, self-contained apartment with its own balcony overlooking the Igreja da Lapa.
From the balcony, you can sit and enjoy the view of the church and watch the city go by, whether you're starting your day or taking a break after exploring Porto. The church is also home to the heart of King Pedro IV of Portugal, who was Brazil's first emperor.
The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests. The bedroom has a king-size bed that can be separated into two single beds on request. A third guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which also has a TV and a dining area.
If you feel like preparing your own meals, there's a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The apartment also has air conditioning, a private bathroom, a washing machine and free Wi-Fi. Towels and toiletries are provided, with no additional cleaning fee. All indoor spaces are for your exclusive use, so you can feel at home during your stay.
Getting around Porto is easy on foot or by metro. Faria Guimarães metro station is about 350 metres away on foot, with direct connections to Aliados, São Bento and Jardim do Morro. Trindade metro station is approximately 850 metres away, with a direct connection to the airport on Line E.
We welcome our guests in person at check-in and are always happy to share local tips. If you'd like recommendations on places to visit or where to eat, we'll be glad to help.
**Parking:** For guests travelling by car, private garage parking is available in a separate building, approximately 300 metres from the apartment. The cost is €15 per day, subject to advance booking and confirmation of availability.

Very pleasant apartment with everything you need. The host is super nice and offered advice on local restaurants and attractions. He is very responsive to questions. Underground parking was available at a cost a short walk away. There is double glazing which kept any road noise down but was more than I am used to given I live in a very quiet location in the country).

El apartamento tiene 2 habitaciones, una con el baño dentro (que era la nuestra) y otra con el baño fuera. Se comparte cocina y salón con los huespedes de la otra habitación. Todo estaba limpisimo y Moises fue muy amablre dejandonos hacer el checkin mucho antes de la hora que indicaba la reserva, asi como atento en todo momento preocupandose x nuestra comodidad en el piso y recomendandonos restaurantes.
