Located in an exclusive gated resort, our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse comfortably sleeps six, with additional options for a baby or young child. The spacious 1,350 sq. ft. condo includes a 300 sq. ft. lanai overlooking the ocean and lagoon pools. Appointed with top-of-the-line appliances—a Wolf oven, Sub-Zero wine fridge, Samsung washer/dryer, and more—this condo ensures a seamless blend of luxury and practicality. Each room features a smart TV, and the living area includes Apple TV for added entertainment.
The lanai is the perfect spot to unwind, offering oversized chairs and a magical view for morning coffee, whale watching, or sunset dining while listening to the waves. For beach days or poolside BBQs, we provide plastic dishes, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and more. Indoor relaxation is just as inviting, with puzzles, movies, games, and books to enjoy.

This is the third property we have stayed in at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina and is probably the best one. The balcony has a beautiful view of the pools and the ocean. The room is well equipped for the beach and pools, from snorkel gear, beach chairs, pool noodles, footballs, sand toys, fishing rod, cooler, and most importantly a hand wagon to haul all of your gear. Communication was great and the check in/checkout process was effortless. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous property. The pools and lagoon are amazing. Young kids love the pools. There is a quiet pool and hot tub for olde people.
