About this apartment rental
Spacious 3-bd Villa at Ko Olina Resort. Beach Tower 5th floor on private wing with large floor plan (sleeps 6!)
3 Bedroom 3 bath, with panoramic Ocean, Pool, and mountain views.
*Parking for (2) vehicles is included!*
Family friendly: pack-n-play crib and high chair provided.
Exclusive beachfront property has 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, gym, sauna, steam rooms.
Free Parking, Smart TV with Cable, & high speed WiFi.
6 night minimum.
Guests to sign a separate rental agreement for resort registration.
Furnishings include:
- Master Suite with King bed, TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub with separate shower.
- Second bedroom with Queen bed, spacious closet, TV.
- Third Bedroom with two Twin beds, TV
- Two additional full bathrooms: one with shower/tub combo, and one with stall shower.
- Fully equipped gourmet kitchen
- In-unit Washer & Dryer
- Smart TV's in living area and all bedrooms; living area & main bdrm with upgraded cable w/ DVR.
- Free High Speed WiFi
- All Linens, Beach Towels, and 4 Beach Chairs are provided, along with a small assortment of sand toys, cooler, and rolling beach cart.
- Starter supply of hotel-sized bath soaps and paper goods provided. Guests are responsible to replenish their own supplies when/if initial supply runs out.

This property had everything. The views from the balcony over looking the pool and ocean was dreamy. It was so clean and bright. It had everything my family of 6 needed to enjoy a Hawaiian vacation. It had beach towels, folding chairs, snorkeling gear, plus all the personal care items like shampoo, detergent, paper products. The private lagoon and access to restaurants and luau, markets, shops were all walkable. All the staff were friendly and cheerful and helpful. Must be the Hawaiian way. We will definitely be back.

The property exceeded our expectations. It was just as advertised. Everything was clean, beautiful views, great accommodations, well stocked. It was also a perfect location. Quiet beaches, close to golf course which was beautifully maintained, within walking distance to really good restaurants, and close enough to Waikīkī for day trips when we wanted. I would give it ten stars, but alas I’m limited to only five. I would stay here again without shopping around and recommend without reservation.

Quiet, clean, wonderful property. Very responsive staff. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. Lagoon 2 was also very nice beach. View of beach and pool was excellent.

The property is a great place for families who want pool and beach and is not as crowded as nearby resorts. The host is very knowledgeable and was an effective communicator.
