Beautiful 45-square-meter two-bedroom apartment in Pradet for 2–4 people, 200 meters from Garonne Beach; featuring a spacious living room with a kitchen area, a glass table, and 4 chairs (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, etc.), a 140 sofa bed, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV; a separate bathroom with a washing machine; a bedroom with a 160 bed and a large closet.
Balcony window with electric blinds, private wooden terrace with wooden garden furniture, a beach umbrella, two reclining chairs, and a barbecue grill. Private parking space.

Nous recommandons cet appartement qui répond à 100% à l'annonce. Spacieux, proche de la mer, petit jardinet agréablement aménagé avec au summum un barbecue . Merci à Laure et Jacques de leur accueil et de leur gentillesse => Au programme vélo, apéros, tapenade et chochotte (petit clin d’œil à Laure). Encore merci à tous les 2 et à l'année prochaine. Le séjour regroupait tout ce qu'on aime; cadre idyllique, accueil personnalisé et plus qu'agréable, localisation idéale et gîte plus que charmant!

Location calme située vraiment à 200m de la mer.Très bien reçu par Laure et Jacques nous ont invités à un apéritif avec spécialités locales pour nous présenter la région ainsi que les bons plans (resto,marchés,ballades) L'appartement comme neuf est très bien décoré et il ne manque rien.Literie très confortable.Terrasse sympa.Deux restos sur la plage.A recommander

En vacances pendant 15 jours avec nos petites filles (7 et 5 ans), nous avons bénéficié d'un accueil très chaleureux.
Laure et Jacques sont souriants, débordant de gentillesse, à l'écoute de nos moindres désirs.
L'appartement, propre clair, lumineux, correspondant parfaitement à la description de l'annonce et aux photos, aucune surprise.
Une place de parking à notre disposition est comprise dans le prix de la location, donc pas besoin de déplacer la voiture (à part pour faire quelques courses).
La plage de sable à même pas 200 m de la maison.
Avons aussi bien profité de la terrasse.
Enfin, tout était parfait.
Dès que nous aurons les dates de nos prochaines vacances estivales, nous reprendrons rendez-vous pour l'été prochain.
