We had an amazing stay! The breakfast was great, the hotel was always warm, and there was hot water at all times. The hotel is small and perfect for a few days in Istanbul. The location is excellent, and there’s a little market right next door that’s open 24/7, which was super convenient.
The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to the guy at reception (we unfortunately didn’t catch his name) who recently graduated - congratulations again! He was especially nice and went out of his way to help us. It really made our stay even better.
We also loved that the reception is open 24/7, so checking in around midnight was no problem at all.
Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Excellent location, Great breakfast. Rooms get cleaned daily.
Reception staff not very friendly and some very rude. The heating was not on and it was cold, I complained for 2 days then they eventually turned on.The television was all Arab stations no English and only 1 Turkish

Персонал очень хороший особенно девушки в ресепшен, которые очень милые добрые и готовы помочь всегда
Не первый раз в отеле , в этот раз наверно последний, все полотенца и все постельные принадлежности были грязными и в пятнах страшных
