The property is located just a few minutes’ walk from the white-sand beach in a well-maintained residential complex. The bungalow is situated on the upper level. The living room is approximately 50 square meters and features a stereo system, TV, kitchen, and a spacious dining area. The large, secluded courtyard with a private pool is equipped with a beach umbrella and sun loungers. Through the courtyard, you reach the sleeping area, which features a double bed. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and bidet. On the upper level is the second bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub, toilet, and bidet. The partially covered sun terrace, with a fantastic ocean view of Costa Calma Bay, is also accessible via the courtyard. Here you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast and start or end the day in a relaxed manner.

Everything we needed. The pool is quite deep so children would need supervision. No English channels on the TV. Loads of beaches within walking distance. A car is a big advantage

Have stayed at Villas Patios several times and it’s great experience. Near best beach in Fuerte and easy walking to Costa Calma highlights. Would have appreciated a mid stay clean as we were there for three weeks and not sure what the service charge is for!

The smell of municipal sewer that permeates around this section of Costa Calma was a daily nuisance and really unfortunate. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere. Some basic things would have been helpful in the unit like salt and pepper. Many lights in the unit flicker due to non dimmable light bulbs plugged into dimmered system. Induction stove is very frustrating and the Lower rack on the dishwasher is as well.
