Communication was key! The host answered all my questions, and concerns within a short time frame. The check in process was smooth, with no surprises when we arrived at the community. Rem was also accommodating, adjusting our check in time since we were in town earlier than expected. The property was just as pictured. Kitchen items were easy to locate, very clean, comfortable bedding, and we truly appreciate the heated pool especially for those early morning swims. My granddaughters ages 7, 6, and 3 really enjoyed the toys in the garage, and my grandson 10, wouldn't stay out the pool and hot tub. My family and I cannot say enough about the host and property, other than we well be re-booking for next summer, as soon as the June 2027 rates are available.

Great place to stay to visit the Disney Parks. We loved the pool and the house had everything we needed for our stay. We had great communication with the property manager. We had a smoke alarm that needed changing a battery and we contacted them on a bank holiday at 4pm and someone was out to fix it at 8.30am. We will definately return and would recommend to others.
10 / 10Outstanding·Dec 2025
This house is located in a quite gated community is very close to Disney parks, Walmart and many restaurants. There is a community pool and playground that was a hit with the children. Very comfortable four-bedroom house with plenty of room for our family vacation. Wifi was fast and reliable. Check in and out was easy and host communication is always fast. We would definitely stay again!

Not a very positive experience as this time there are no basic essentials and I had to travel out late on first night to get some. Place was dim with few burned bilbs. Pots and pans cannot be used but fortunately management agent was responsive.
