Great location for the parks, but if cleanliness is important to you, this is not the property for you.

The location was very convenient for visiting the Disney parks.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. Although the condo appeared surface-clean at first, once we settled in it was clear that it needed a thorough deep cleaning. There was a strong unpleasant odor when entering the unit, and the washer and dryer had a noticeable mold/mildew smell. The light switches and other frequently touched areas had visible built-up dirt, and the walls and apartment were dingy and dirty. We also encountered a lot of small ants we were killing everyday in the apartment especially on the kitchen counters and around the stove despite not leaving food out. The pull-out sofa mattress was especially concerning because it was visibly stained, including what appeared to be a urine stain, and had hair/debris on it. Some of the bedding and the towels also had an unpleasant odor, like they weren’t washed. The location was convenient, but the cleanliness of the condo significantly affected our stay. A professional deep cleaning and better inspection between guests are definitely needed.
