The views from the rooftop are quite nice. Really nice actually. Staff is indeed friendly and welcoming. Laid back, chilled vibe
Housekeeping had to be requested for a room touch up

Brilliant location to walk to the Temple of the Tooth and the city centre. Lovely staff. The breakfast terrace area has amazing views of the lake. A nice touch they went the extra mile to decorate our bed as we were on our honeymoon
