The staff was nice and coffee at the bar was good.
It is not a 5 star boutique hotel.
The hotel looks quite tired, and the cleaners don't do their job properly either.
The door to our room seemed to have suffered water damage and wouldn't open because it was scraping against the floor; the lock was broken, too. When we reported this to reception, we hoped the room would be replaced, but repairmen arrived instead; they tried lifting the door but ultimately just sawed off the bottom to shorten it. We had to wait around the whole time because we couldn't change our clothes or leave. Unprofessional.
Pool and beach towels were old and in extremly bad condition.
The breakfast was modest for a 5-star hotel.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable, with a reasonable size.
The hotel did not meet my expectations for a 5 star hotel. The pool was relatively small, and from the afternoon onwards, it was completely shaded because the hotel building blocked the sun. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, but the quality of the food was very average.
I’ve stayed at 4 star and even 3 star hotels that were better than this one. In my opinion, the hotel does not justify its 5 star rating, and the price is too high for what it offers. The value for money was disappointing.
