Location is next level, literally first line at the beach. The food was amazing, and the personnel was also okayish.
It was very very very dirty! For example on the -2 floor at the breakfast restaurant someone had left a cigarette at the staircase and it wasn’t cleaned for my entire 4 days stay…the whole building needs a renovation,
It feels like you are stuck in 1987.

Location is great in term of beach because right in front Iliada is great beach, especially for the kids. (no rocks etc).
Food is okay, breakfast as usual, dinner is great and has more oportunities.
They did not provide towels (beach nor bath towels) everyday, not even every second day. I am sure that hotel was full at the time, but towels are the service hotel provides, so they should ensure a sufficiend amount of towels.

The location is unbeatable—literally a 50-meter walk to the beautiful sandy beach, making it incredibly easy to walk back and forth with two small kids and all of our gear. Even though it is officially a 4-star hotel, the rooms are so clean, comfortable, and well-maintained that they genuinely feel much better than many other higher-rated hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. It was incredibly accommodating for a family with a toddler and a young child.
A special shout-out to all the staff at breakfast who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful to our family every single morning. This has easily become our absolute favorite place to stay, and it will be our only choice for all our future summer vacations in Protaras
