Good value stay. Easy acess to public transport just lack of canal view.

Easy access to supermarket Tesco express just 2 minutes walk and South quay dlr just 5 minutes. Large apartment with big living hall.

Was given Cudweed tower instead of Clover Court tower without canal view. The two towers is around 30m apart. Reception is at clover court. Only clover court tower has canal view.

It has clear pros and cons.

Good location. Spacious. Modern apartment. Quite warm with underfloor heating.

No room service. No cleaner stuff. I asked for extra blanket, that’s 18 pounds extra cost. After booking they told me to pay for 500 pounds deposit, I only stay here for 2 nights and it takes 5-8 days to return…

Very disappointed

This was my fourth stay with Aeria Apartments within approximately one year, but unfortunately it was the most disappointing. I booked Clover Court at 45 Millharbour. However, without prior disclosure, we were allocated Apartment A0401 in the separately named Cudweed Court building at 2 Watergate Walk. The two buildings have different names, entrances and addresses. The allocated apartment also did not provide the requested water-facing view overlooking Millwall Inner Dock. The condition of the apartment was below the standard expected from serviced accommodation. The bedroom carpets were extensively stained and visibly dirty. The refrigerator was not cooling when we arrived, the larger WC flush button was not working properly, and the toilet lid obstructed access to the flush control when raised. There was also no gym in the allocated building, and we were told to use the facility in the other property. Waste bins and a clothes-drying rack were missing on arrival, although these were supplied after we complained. The refrigerator was also attended to later. I appreciate those corrective actions, but these basic facilities should have been checked before the apartment was handed over. The management responded to individual maintenance matters but did not adequately address the undisclosed allocation to a different building, the poor carpet condition or the overall inconvenience. No compensation was offered by Aeria; the matter was eventually resolved separately by Booking.com. Given my previous stays, I expected much better consideration and quality control. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in choosing Aeria Apartments again.
