Nice apartment & area

Modern apartment, it’s close to the station both DLR & Underground. The location is very good and safe. The apartment is secure. It’s kept well and clean. The key collection was easy to manage. Overall a very good experience of staying in this apartment for 2 weeks.

small aspects of service improvement, If you have a query and need to contact them the only effective means of contact was email, they don’t answer phone even if you leave multiple voicemails. This can be a problem if there is an urgent issue. Rest all was very convenient.

Location good if you stay in canary wharf

This place is mediocre and has nothing to do on booking. - I messaged the host 2 weeks before the date to do early checkin because our plane arrived early and having 3 suitcases was problematic. No answer. New message 3 days before, no answer. Same day, answer only at 1:30 pm Saying its not possible blablabla. This doesnt go against the policy of the platform so, ok no problem. The only thing is that at 1pm we got the key from the provider. It just shows how not arranging is the host and the mentality. This mentality is shown witht he way the flat is kept. - MAIN PROBLEM : hot water. You cannot take two hot showers back to back. You need to wait at least 1h betweeen them. The hot water container is way too small. They adverstise a bath, you cannot take a bath because not enough hot water to fill it (except if you like cold bath). This is not acceptable. - The sofa, yes it looks like the pictures. But you cannot seat on this thing for more than 45 minutes. It's way too old and a disaster in terms of comfort. You can feel every piece of metal used in it when you seat on it. - The kitchen : the pans are old and scratched. This is not healthy and they should be thrown away. The knife are absolutely not sharp which is dangerous when you want to cook (they dont provide a sharpener). You have only little pot (not convenient when you want to cook pasta for two because it's too small). - Some lamps were not working but i guess it's fine because they could come to change it. Would've been nice to check all of this before accepting guest. All the stay you can feel that they put this flat there with all the old and not desirable things they found in their storage. I dont know how you're not ashamed to have guests in a place like this.
