Beautiful property and so special to have a patio on the Grand Canal! Location is excellent with several places to eat nearby and the Guggenheim Museum right next door. The apartment is elegant and bohemian. As much as I love to cook, I did not want to risk splattering on any special surfaces. The host was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Having a private deck on the Grand Canal is amazing and worth the entire stay. The location, a quieter neighborhood makes it even better to get away from the rush of tourists, yet still very convenient. The apartment is beautiful and customized although might be quirky for some. Its minty green color seems to be the hot color in fashion. The only down side is the bathroom showers, one is just part of the bathroom with no containment and the other is very small with a bad shower curtain. All in all it’s a pretty amazing place.

Property was better than the listing. A dock on the Grand Canal was the perfect place to relax and watch the world of Venice go by. Great location and easy to get to all the tourist sites as well as great local restaurants and pubs. Far enough off the main path so not your usual touristy busy scene. Freddy who was our contact was very helpful and quickly responded to all of our questions. The interior of the property was so well done we so enjoyed all the little details. It was also close to the water taxi lines which is one of the best ways to get around, just stay away from the busy touristy stops during peak times or you may be in for a bit of a wait. We ran into people who rented other properties in the area and they all said they would trade theirs for the dock on the Grand Canal. You won’t be dissapointed. T&N
