Great location, but poor ventilation and noisy

The location is great, just a short walk from the beach, and the apartment provides the basic amenities needed for the kitchen and bathroom.

However, the apartment itself was disappointing. It is essentially a garage converted into three separate apartments, with only one window, resulting in very poor ventilation and a lack of fresh air. Noise was also an issue, both from the neighbors and from the main building doors constantly slamming. Overall, the location is a plus, but the lack of ventilation and noise significantly affected our comfort during the stay.

Very tactic location to live Malaga ***mold*** not for asthmatic

Located 2 mins walk from beautiful tranquil beaches, the ones the locals go to and not full of tourists, the apartment is in a district full of services and shops, 15 mins bus away from the touristic city center. Naty beach apartment is a nice one-room apartment, which is suitable with singles, couples and family with young kids. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, there is a washing machine and clothes-lines systems and anything to keep the apartment clean. The double bed is comfortable, there are two night stands with lights, one chest-drawers, a niche where to hang clothes, a full length mirror and a bench where to place luggages. The bathroom has a comfy shower, vanity and sink, nice mirror and the toilet also has a mini-shower head right next to it. When called for a problem, property sent help immediately. They allowed me to check-in about an hour before the generic check-in time.

The check-in information arrived only 30 mins before check-in time and after I had sent emails and text messages as I hadn't had any reply before. Once all info were received, all went well. The smell of mold was strong throughout the entire stay and that indicates that there is hidden mold that hasn't been treated. Some people might have severe allergic reactions from it. It's a street level apartment and there is only one door and one small window, so it's easy to imagine why mold forms. The air-conditioning system did not help: if set to dry mode, it drips water right on the front door. On day one, when I noticed this problem, I called the property and they sent someone immediately, but the problem was not solved. I didn't call again, because I didn't want to waste time on something I didn't really need, wanting to spend most of the time outside anyway.

I liked the location, but the wall are thin and you can hear noise from next door renters and the plumbing can keep you

Close to the beach, good restaurants around the corner.

Cockroaches, loud plumbing keeps you up at night. No soap or enough bedding. I asked for a 4 pm check in, booking.com states that someone will meet you at checking. That is a lie, you have to contact them and they need your passport pictures before they give you access code for key box. I was waiting in the hot sun for 30 minutes before I was able to get in the apartment. This inaccuracy should be solved by booking.com asap. Such an inconvenience.

We had a good stay in that apartment

The place was close the beach which was good. The apartment had all the facilities that we required for our stay. We really apreacited that the apartment had A.C.

The main room had not airflow, therefore it felt enclosed. we found some cockroach in several places of the apartment. Nevertheless, we found these insect in several places close to the apartment, so maybe is an infestation that is affecting the whole area.
