Come, Stay, and Play at this Slice of Beach Paradise located just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean in Popular North Myrtle Beach! This cozy, one bedroom with one bathroom condo is all you need for a getaway at the beach. You are just steps from a public beach access where your toes hit the sand for a day of fun in the sun. The condo is decorated in beach decor with a living/dining room combination. You have plenty of seating in the living area, and the kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances and kitchen accessories you need to cook in while on vacation. There is a pull-out sofa in the living area to accommodate more sleeping arrangements. The bedroom has a queen bed and connects to the bathroom area. You can spend some time doing some front porch sitting and listen as the waves crash along the shore or people watch along Ocean Boulevard. Another way to beat the heat is to check out the pool located across the street. If you love lounging and playing on the beach all day and enjoy long walks on the beach in evening, you don’t want to miss out on this piece of heaven. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

The condo was just what we needed for my husband and I for 4 days. It waa one street over, but we could see the beach from deck. Very small bedroom, so that was a challenge for us and our luggage. The bed was very soft if you like that. I wish there were some more personal touches such as a blanket for the sofa, extra blanket for the bed, better sheets. Overall good find

When I booked property management was great. The condo was in a great place and great view. Floor needed mopping. I do recommend that the mattress be replaced. There were two of us for five days. Upon checking in there were only three washcloths and a couple of towels. I emailed them to send more. They brought towels and a few washcloths. I emailed back stating we did not have enough washcloths get us through our stay. The response I got was they do not have daily linen services and thanked me for my understanding. Therefore, we did not have enough washcloths for our last two days and we had to go buy some. If new mattress and property management made sure linens were correct for amount of days for people I would recommend this place

This unit was in a good location, easy access to the beach. Communication with rental company was very efficient, unit was clean, good for a weekend. Corner unit with nice outdoor space. View of ocean in between homes across the street.If you have any chemical sensitivity, this isn't the unit for you. 3 air fresheners for a unit this small is WAY too many. Mattress needs replaced.
