Destacamos, em primeiro lugar, a cordialidade do proprietário Sardiley. Bem como, Suely que foi nosso contato direto "in loco". Não esquecendo tbm das equipes de portaria do edifício.
Quanto a locação, fomos surpreendidos. Já esperávamos qualidade, contudo superou nossas expectativas. Muito bem mobiliado, injusto seria falar que tem o mínimo de conforto. Pois, todos os móveis, utensílios de cozinha e ambientes muito bem conservados. Destaque para a vista da varanda para o mar. Do sofá na sala é possível desfrutar de uma deslumbrante vista da ondas e embarcações.
Ótima localização, no entorno há uma variedade de facilites. Praia do Morro tem a infraestrutura, em termos boa, desabonada apenas pela falta de duchas (água doce) públicas. Seria um mimo com baixo custo, haja visto os benefícios para saúde dos banhistas e um atrativo a mais para turistas.
Recomendamos e voltaríamos havendo oportunidade...

Segunda vez que hospedamos no imóvel. O proprietário e a administradora do imóvel são atenciosos, prestativos, estão sempre disponíveis. Limpo, muito conservado. Prédio bem localizado, padaria, distribuidora de água, restaurantes, farmácia, banco 24H, mercado no próprio prédio ou próximo, fácil acesso.
