Suite was nice and roomy. 2 bathrooms very convenient.
7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Beautiful rooftop area & view. Room was very comfortable with excellent mattress & pillows.
The breakfast felt a bit incomplete for the expected level of the hotel. The common areas felt crowded though it was mid October. Indoor pool available to kids only after 6 (?!) & rooftop pool is for adults only. Overall it gave impression of a simpler stay, but it was good value for the price.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Super clean with very nice rooms
The charging setup by the bedside table felt a bit outdated. There were only USB-A ports, no USB-C, and no regular power outlet next to the bed.

Good location to get to some key sights and also for transfers to the port.
The room layouts are terrible, the toilet is opposite the bed so know your roommate well before staying. The check in desk is very short staffed and the Grand Hyatt system prolongs it further, at peak times expect to wait 45 minutes to check in. The lift system is also no longer fit for purpose at peak occupancy, expect a 10 minute wait for a lift and then it may be full. The system for breakfast table allocation should work but there were guests who just ignore staff and walk straight through which causes frustration and issues that the staff shouldn’t have to deal with.
