BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.
Located RIGHT ON THE SANDS OF MISSION BAY, our wonderful 3BR/2BA Pacific Sands Vacation home "Pacific Sands #2758" is the perfect place for a group of 9 people (up to 6 adults). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.
HOUSE DETAILS
The absolutely stunning 1,860 sq. ft. sun filled beach home with its breathtaking bay views and AC provides all the comforts of home. This is truly a one of a kind vacation spot! The living area has high ceilings and a light & bright open floor plan. This home has a great feel. The living area is very spacious and offers windows from top to bottom allowing the most stunning views throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with nice appliances and a bar that seats 4 people. The dining table seats 6. Enjoy the luxury of central heating and TVs in most rooms. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first level. One bedroom offers a queen bed with TV and the other a bunk bed (double, double, twin) that sleeps up to 5 kids or 2 adults. The second level provides a nice open "hang out" area to watch TV or just enjoy the beautiful views. The Master suite with attached balcony and great bathroom is also on this level. The master suite offers a King bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a dresser. The attached bathroom has two sinks, a shower and a separate tub. There is shared laundry onsite (washer/dryer).

The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.

Your can park 2 cars in the garage (a mid size SUVs and a small car).

LOCATION
You will love this incredible beach retreat with its truly priceless location. You are only a short walk away from a variety of nearby stores, restaurants, bars and fun beach activities. You will have easy access to highway 8 and 5 and all major attractions are within 10-20 minutes by car.
PLEASE NOTE
For "friend" groups all must be over 35 years old (6 people total). We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.
Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

Great spot. It was as advertised I'd say - still in good condition. It's a little pricey so that's why I dinged the value statement as you pay for what you get. So much fun BBQ'ing right out there on the bay. Master balcony is amazing late night sitting area.

Great property for a family. The beach on the bay side was much quieter and no waves, so it was good for the younger kids, and a short walk to the ocean side beach which was more of a traditional beach experience. The host was responsive, property was stocked with necessities but nothing extra. Our only real complaint was the parking, as the listing says it sleeps nine I believe, but there is no way there is parking sufficient for a vehicle or vehicles that fit 9. There is one small garage spot for a small vehicle. We traveled with our four children and our van would not fit. We had to park down the road at the park, which was a bit of a pain with luggage and small kids every day, sometimesmultiple times per day. Additionally, the park gates close, which we weren’t aware of, so we almost missed our flights due to the parking situation. Overall, though, we enjoyed the property and would likely stay there again.

The location is excellent for the beach, nearby playground, Belmont Park, and the ocean beach. Close to the San Diego airport, downtown area, and the zoo. Beach chairs, beach toys, and beach umbrella are there for your use.Patio is perfect for outdoor dining and viewing the beach. Master bedroom is upstairs as well as a large area to do your morning yoga and have an excellent view of the sunrise. Owner was responsive to questions.
