The apartment was clean, plenty of room, large wardrobes which helps with not having stuff on the floor. Location is close to city centre, close to the most important spots I needed - the sightseeing ones and the Ironman village.
Equipped with laundry machine, fridge, microwave and iron.
Light stopping curtains were great.
The bed was quite comfortable and hard.
As it was an apartment, so I had an expectation of certain small amenities, which can really help it command a higher rating and make the stay more pleasant. .
Like I appreciated the laundry machine as I am doing sports, but there was no detergent, nor where to put the wet clothes afterwards. This created a challenge with them drying efficiently, or at all. .
If you are travelling friends - the sofa in the living room could be made into a bed, but there were no extra sheets.
Kitchen - really nice, but lacking anything - not even olive oil or salt. Coffee machine with capsules would also have been a nice touch.
For short stays, you would not normally be buying stuff like a detergent, but not having them stops you from making use of the equipment.
Close to a boulevard and the windows don't stop noise well - plan for ear plugs if you can't sleep through noise.

The location was central and pretty much close to everything - bars, restaurants, shops, etc.
In general, we thought the cleaning was a bit lacking - especially in the bathroom and in the kitchen. In the former, besides the accumulated dust in the corners, the wooden shelves/countertops were extremely old and damaged by water, making us feel a bit uncomfortable using it. The kitchen was well-equipped, but the cupboards were dirty and there were no cleaning products available (we had to buy them ourselves). It felt like the apartment/pictures from the ad didn’t really match what we found there.
