Good

The apartment was lovely and modern, The bed was very comfortable, the shower was lovely and the sofa and tv provided were very good. Acess to the balcony was also very nice.

There was some small troubles with finding the places, the i directions were not perfectly clear but we managed. The toilet seat was a little damaged and the shower drain had some issues, causing the bathroom floor to flood slightly.

Very poor

* The communication with the host was terrible. On the day of check-in, I called to clarify how I can enter the parking and whether I need the remote for it or not. On the phone, the woman nervously answered that she would send all the information in a message. Later I wrote that the apartment was not cleaned well enough and sent photos to prove it. My message was ignored. Before checking out, I sent a message asking for a refund of the cleaning fee because I had to vacuum and dust the apartment myself the first evening, the host refused to return the money and did not answer the phone. I didn't have the worst communication with the host. * The apartment was not clean well enough: dust, debris, glass fragments on the floor throughout the apartment, hair on the dresser hair on extra blanket in the closet * the drain in the shower was not working well and the water was up to the ankles * construction site view * The parking remote control was hidden in the mirror key holder near the bedroom and I could not even guess that it was the key holder. I wrote to the host to help me, since there is no remote control in the apartment, the host suggested to leave the car on the street. As a result, I spent 20 minutes looking for a remote control in a tiny apartment of 33m2 I do not recommend staying in this apartment. And if it is important for you how the host communicates with you, then I do not recommend P&O Apartments Group (pandoapartments) at all

As i read before the host didn't give the correct door code for the previous guests. Well, it didn't change since, the lucky part was only that the door was open all the time.
