The staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Even the barriers of language but they do their best to improve our stay and feel at home. Great breakfast

This was probably one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip to China. The value for money is phenomenal. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, while the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is good, with plenty of choice, and everything is regularly refilled. The location is excellent as well, basically right in the centre of Hangzhou. Our room was cleaned and restocked every day, and the smart TV even offers a wide selection of movies to watch.
Another big plus is that there was absolutely no cigarette smell anywhere in the room, which can sometimes be an issue in hotels in China. The view from the 10th floor was also really nice.
Overall, the entire experience was top-notch. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
