This is a really nice villa with modern design, has huge space to feel a sense of spaciousness and freedom, a large terrace for spending time in sunbaths or spectacular the see in the evening. There two rooms, two baths, nice vibe and not far away from the interesting places of the city, approx. 10 minutes by foot, and exactly the boka bay is so neaby of you! Great and friendly hosts. I would meet this house again when it will be possible.
Airplanes takes off nearby, but only in the daytime and not so close and they has not so loud noise. It wouldn't be a problem for most people, except super sound sensitive persons

A very convenient location, quiet and peaceful, with a huge private terrace with a sofa and sun loungers. The beach is just a few steps from the hotel, and grocery stores and bakery are within walking distance. The port is a 15-minute walk away.

Beautiful property, great location just a short walk from the marina.
Drawers and cabinets in kitchen were broken so we couldn’t access utensils. Other cabinets didn’t stay closed.

A very large modern apartment in a beautiful seafront location. We had booked for 1 bedroom, this was 2 bedrooms but we didn’t need second bedroom. Easy walk to Porto Montenegro to restaurants etc. Beside beach, but not the best beach in the area. Beautiful views from lovely outdoor balcony. Designated car park space is an advantage as it is preferable to have your own car to be able to visit the areas nearby, although traffic around Tivat is very bad and might put some off.
The condition of bed linen, towels etc is very poor. Well beyond when they should have been replaced. Also horrible mats, bed throws, which give the place a dingy feel. Minor maintenance/repairs needed to furniture etc. Poor quality soaps, shampoos, mostly those left behind by previous users. Including a half-used bar of soap, sitting on top of soap wrapper. Used towels from previous guests and an item of clothing. Add to this dry food items from previous users and the apartment has a very off-putting feel. It is an expensive holiday rental for the quality offered. No cleaning or towel change during 6 day stay.
We did not meet the owner/manager, although we may have bumped into him downstairs at one point but he did not introduce himself. We were met on arrival by another guy, with little English so hard to understand his instructions. He did not appear very professional. As is normal, he requested our passports. He refused to photograph them but insisted on taking them away from the premises. It was very disconcerting to see him walk down the street with our passports and we did not know where he was taking them. In hindsight, we should not have allowed this and more importantly, the apartment owners should not expect it.
There is no management available on the premises but are contactable by text and did respond. We would not describe this as a good or helpful service.
This insistence of payment in cash is another negative. There is no safe in the apartment and we were not comfortable walking around with a large amount of cash. We contacted the owner/manager and asked to meet him, so we could get our passports and make payment. We had to wait in the apartment and eventually the guy from the previous day turned up, but not the owner/manager. We felt uneasy for the duration of our stay, as it appeared to us to be a somewhat dubious operation. There is probably better value and more professionally run accommodation in the area.
