It feels luxurious and warm and welcoming
We got stolen couple dollars

The staff were excellent. Santo attended to our every need and when we didn't find Santo because he had close, Carlos too was very helpful. I enjoyed the room service also!
Our room, we wanted a Jacuzzi in the room not bathroom making it look like a bathtub. The food at the buffet especially lunch and dinner were cold and stale!

Beautiful older facility but rooms are showing their age.
Paid Premium and was roomed on the fartherest side of premium facilities.
