Lovely villa in a great location

Spacious and cozy villa in the heart of a wonderful village, good location to explore surrounding cider and cheese makers.

Our stay was regrettably only two days, however would like to return for a week or more.

The property was centrally located but quiet. It was spacious, beautifully renovated and immaculately kept. It included private outdoor garden seating.

Excellent accommodation

Passiflore house. We highly recommend booking a stay here. Upon arrival, we received a better house than we had booked. Very kind and responsible hosts Pascal and Michelle met us themselves, they speak French and you can communicate in English well. We got the house Gite le Passiflore. The house is two-storey with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We stayed with 8 people, there was more than enough space. The house has everything you need for a weekend, week or month of solitude. A well-equipped kitchen with all conceivable utensils, cutlery, dishwasher, stove, etc. as well as a washing machine. Very large dining room. In front of the house is an outdoor terrace with furniture, you can use a barbecue, and the territory is closed and completely safe, very quiet even though it is in the very center of the town. The hosts take excellent care of their property, you feel an attentive hand everywhere, they respond immediately to requests. Guests only have to respect the hosts' property and at the same time feel relaxed. Pleasant communication after moving out regarding left-behind items. The town is one of the most beautiful in France. Thank you for the excellent accommodation conditions and friendliness.

Enjoyable stay in the heart of Normandy

The gîte is in a very good location. We were keen to see the blossom and area having just been to the David Hockney exhibition in Paris. We had lovely cycle rides in beautiful weather. Visited 2 chateaux and walked to an excellent restaurant in the village. From the bedroom window we enjoyed seeing horses in the field next door. There was a nice dining table in the courtyard to sit at. We appreciated having a gate for the property.

The village doesn't have a grocery shop so we had to drive to the very good super U in Dozulé and buy extra loo roll etc. Also check if you need bedding/towels as you have to ask for it in advance. We just realised in time and the owners kindly sorted this out .
