Great hotel, really friendly staff members, great location, close to Kanda and walkable to Akihabara. Great amenities too.

The location is good and very close to Kanda station which is only 1-2 stations to famous spots (eg. 1 station away to Akihabara and Tokyo station, 3 stations away to Hinjuku, 4 stations away to Ginza). All staff are very friendly and helpful. Like their smiles. Free takoyaki at night. Lilly the robot is absolutely adorable! Seeing her after a long journey was such a comforting and heartwarming welcome to the hotel. The unique "Kiribi" (切り火) ceremony is the hotel's signature traditional send-off ritual.
The room is quite small, but the space is cleverly designed, with things like the fridge and table neatly tucked away under the bed. That said, small rooms are pretty common in Japan, so it's understandable and wasn't a big issue for me.

The room was really clean and the location convenient.
It is quite small but I guess that’s what you have to expect in Tokyo.

Stayed twice — staff both times were very polite and helpful. Free evening yakitori in a small cafe area was a nice touch. Clever use of tight space: stool, fridge, and safe tucked under the bed, a flip-up wall table with outlet, plus hidden storage and another outlet on the bed head frame. Clean bathroom (smaller, all-in-one toilet/sink/tub). Quiet at night. Close to Tokyo Station.
Rooms are very narrow — not for anyone with space phobias, and a tall person may find it cramped. Mattress is thin; you can feel the hard surface underneath.
