Lagoon Tower 1402 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo on the 14th floor, located just across the street from the Gulf. STUNNING views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf. Lagoon Tower is a low-density complex with only two units per floor.
Unit features:
• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the master bedroom, with incredible views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon
• Tile flooring is in the living area; carpet is in the bedrooms
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining area seats four, plus four barstools for additional seating.
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed; primary bathroom features double vanities and a jetted tub
• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed
• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed
• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry
• Maximum of two cars allowed
• No trailers allowed on the premises

We had some access issues with the key fobs. With this property being managed by Itrip it was a little frustrating trying to get the issue resolved as we didn’t have a direct person to speak to. However the company was very quick to respond/remedy the issue. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Place was perfect for our family of 6 with plenty of space. Very clean with easy access to the beach. This property faces the lagoon/doc but does have views of the beach. This property is located in west beach area and has a more laid back vibe.

This property had the most amazing views from every single room! It was equipped with everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing stay and more! I would definitely book this condo again.
