The staff was amazing. I had to make plans all over and they helped with everything. Amazing

It’s very close to the center and the bed was really comfortable.
I want to thanks to Ashish and all the staff (drivers and kitchen workers) who made my stay really special. They helped me a lot (when I had to change the plans for my luggage) and I’m grateful for that.
Bu the way, the breakfast was delicious specially the pancakes and the Nepalese delight.
I’ll come back 🤗.

Convenient location and very friendly staff who helped at every step. I am very grateful for the airport transfer.
Cockroaches in the room and construction work outside created noise and an unpleasant view from the window.

Nothing I liked in the hotel.
Cleaned fresh room had cigarette pieces
Poor Breakfast served at 8th floor. Lift works upto 6 floors. Very narrow stairs. My wife with an operated knee could not climb. Hotel restaurant told that they don't have manpower for servicing breakfast for her. I was asked to carry the plate to my wife in 3rd floor through the narrow stairs.
Request Booking.com to mention the CBF served only on 8th floor. Lift till 6th floor only.
Had I known this I wouldn't have booked the hotel.
No exhaust in the too small bathroom.
Too small room given.
Room cleaning only on demand. My room was not cleaned.
