This is our favorite hotel on the Sicily trip. It's located in the most central location right by the main square. You exit the the hotel and will be immediately on the main shopping street. It's a short walk to all the restaurants we wanted to visit. The sea view is great, we really enjoyed getting to sit on the balcony to sip wine while sharing the same view as the expensive bars across the street. Junior suite is pretty spacious, has a big couch and two balcony. We were surprised to see that bathroom toiletries are all from ortigia sicilia with brand new tubes. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet. You can pour yourself wine or buy a bottle just from the fridges at the common area. There are a couple places to sit around the hotel like shared balcony if you want to relax outside your room. The stay does come with an amazing breakfast with pastries/fruits/yoghurt and coffee. Parking was valet and 30 euros daily, very convenient. Staff were all super welcoming and nice. We would highly recommend staying here!

Incredible location and views, magnificent property beautifully renovated and decorated! Wonderful breakfast and lovely touches throughout our stay. Michele and Giuseppe were amazing hosts. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The most stunning property of the highest quality. Wow.

Felt luxurious while keeping the Italian charm.
The views were stunning with a very central location, overlooking the main square. The hotel was clean with extremely kind and helpful staff who would go out of their way to help.
No vehicles could get to Villa Mabel so it required going down a lot of stairs with heavy bags. Also no bath in even the nicest suite which I think should be there, considering there is space and they could also add a hot tub or splash pool. The breakfasts were a very light cold breakfast, although very tasty, it was the same throughout our stay.
Also no bar fridges or kettles were in any of the rooms but they did have a kitchen downstairs.
