Location, room size.
Bad customer service. Upon arrival {Friday} I've complained at the reception that the only English TV. channel isn't working. I was told that there's no one who can fix it during weekend. We've left on Tuesday & that TV channel didn't work. Very crouded dining room at breakfast.

We had the most amazing breakast - the best our entire 2 week vacation in Nordic countries. There were 3 rooms full of a variety of food stations. Amazing!!!
