It has a lot of potential.

- It was walking distance from places we needed to access such as train station and Allianz Stadium. - Communication with owner when we arrived

- No kettle (we had to make warm water using pots) - Water leaking out of the shower leading for a pool of water as soon as you come out of the shower. - No light in one of the bedooms

10 / 10

Exceptional

The property is ideal for a short stay with friends in a good location, the balcony get the sun in the afternoon so is perfect for a mid day chill

The Aircon could be abit better.

Amazing.

The fact that check-in was very efficient

2 / 10

non vi è alcun rapporto tra qualità offerta e prezzo. price doesn't correspond to the quality

The property is apparently well-designed, but it is abandoned and poorly maintained: peeling and stained walls, a badly chipped ceiling in one of the bedrooms, a clogged bidet, a leaky shower stall that leaks into the bathroom during showering, broken chair backs in the living room, missing rugs, the sofa shown in the photos is missing, the front door handle is missing (impossible to open the door from the inside without a key), stained mattresses on both sides and without mattress covers in the left-hand bedroom, the slats of the double bed in the left-hand bedroom are loose and move, no key in the bathroom, a broken floor broom, a loose French door handle in the living room, corners of the bathroom blackened with dirt, a stained and broken bedroom door, missing curtains in one of the bedrooms, the air conditioning unit drains into a bucket inside the apartment, and a rusty bathroom cabinet.
