This is really an excellent place to stay in Sapporo. You’re a five minute walk from Susukino, there are plenty of stores around to get whatever you might need, including the Tanukikoji mall, you are a three minute walk from the entrance to Odori station. The location is perfect. The room is very comfortable although a bit on the small side. But it was very nice nevertheless. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that they mostly didn’t speak much English, but Google Translate resolved that issue. Breakfast was pretty decent, with certainly enough to eat. Hotel felt safe and secure. The Wi-Fi was good. I can only give this the highest recommendation.
Everything was just fine. It’s a very nice place, not a luxury property, but very nice and easy to stay at

I have really warmed up to the Tokyu Stay brand and have really enjoyed the convenience with the amenities the hotel offers as well as the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the room. It's definitely a game changer for a long term traveler like myself. The staff was also welcoming as well and always greeted whenever I passed by from the Front Desk staff to the janitors. Satoru checked me in at the Front Desk and was professional as well as courteous. Good area as well. Would recommend to anyone when coming to Sapporo
I don't think I had anything negative to share.
