Everything was more than perfect! They even contacted me before my arrival and gave every detail possible to get there.

The location was great. easy to get around Valquirico. The property was cute and clean.

The bed could use an upgrade the headboard was loose and noisy, and the mattress was too firm.

The decoration of the place was great and the loft space

There was no heating system on the loft and the actitude of the receptionist when we arrived and no basic medicines in any healthy emergencies

Location on the Zocalo is great, but noisy at night.

Beautiful on the outside. The loft has holes in the floor, which causes dirt to into the kitchen. The few pots and pans in the kitchen are filthy. At the reception (blocks away) they required a $1000 pesos deposit, which cannot be paid on your credit card. We were only given one toilet roll.
