L'escale Suites Résidence Hôtelière By 7AV HOTELS

This is our 3rd time at this hotel, each time has been a pleasure. Always spotlessly clean, staff and management always welcoming. WiFi works very well, guardian parking right outside the main entrance.

We don’t understand why when we were leaving the receptionist on receiving our key back (who did not speak English gestured for us to wait and she left reception empty) spoke to a lady (not in uniform at another part of the hotel lobby) and went upstairs we guess to check the room with the door key. Maybe in case we had taken something or damaged the room 🤔🤔🤔🤔. Never happened before in hundreds of other locations in Morocco we have stayed in. We waited but then left when she did not return.

Good sized room for a family of 4 with good facilities in the room itself including well equipped kitchen with washing machine, large fridge and cooking facilities. The balcony was a good addition and a great size. It was also very secure with the electronic shutters on the patio doors.

1. We had booked two large apartment rooms for our group. We waited for check-in but one of the two rooms was not ready until about 4.30pm. 2. There were not sufficient towels for the 4 people in the apartment. We kept asking for more towels for the booking of 4 people, but they said they didn't have enough towels. We had to share towels the first two days. 3. The shower water poured out to the bathroom and with a scarcity of towels we still had to use them to dry the floor after each shower. 4. The bathrooms smelled poorly all the time. Like a bad plumbing smell at all times. 5. The place requires considerable upgrading. It is very rundown. 6. The pool was very dirty. Needs more cleaning. 7. We only went for breakfast one of the days. It was not satisfactory. A small jug of coffee for all the guests that we had to wait for refilling. The staff were also handling the produce with their bare hands which is totally unacceptable.
