夕食も朝食も美味しかった！牛フィレ肉のステーキ美味しかったなあ。
朝食もボリュームたっぷりでした！
温泉だし…冷水機なかったのが残念だった。

Most of staffs are friendly. The shutter bus is available to pick guests from bus terminal. The hotel should inform guests soonest the booking is confirmed.
The room is too small given the price we paid for. The smoke detector lights are too bright so I couldn’t have a good night sleep.
The outdoor onsen is for women and men alternative day but they didn’t inform guests clearly !

"Very traditional food, maybe not catered to western tastes, but large servings and made with care.
The staff were fantastic, even when we committed cultural faux pas, helping us with a smile.
