The apartment is very close to the San Marco. Perfect location to explore the city. It is a small apartment but perfect with 2/3 persons. Easy communication with host and super nice. There are many shops nearby for any needs. As stated the kitchen is small but many restaurants around so we didn't use it that much. Would recommend if you want to easily explore Venice.

Th comfy beds and the unreal location just what we wanted for our night walks.
It could be a bit dark in the corridor and staircase and the lights in the room might not suffice as well.

The location was very close to the Rialto bridge and also to St Marks.
It was quiet and comfortable and the loft bed meant that there was room downstairs to chill and watch TV.
The host was wonderful, helped us with our bags and even left us beers in the fridge.
His tips on restaurants was much appreciated.
Entirely our fault, but it is a 2.4km walk to the apartment from the train station and 7 bridges with luggage was a pain. We should’ve caught the ferry to Rialto and then had a 250m walk and one bridge so I note this just so that others don’t make the same mistake as us.
Btw we caught the ferry back and it took ten minutes and drops you right at the train station.
