The hotel occupies a good position close to the river and the town centre. We enjoyed the breakfast offering.

The hotel is dated but our room was comfortable.

First time in Ballater, very nice, really enjoyed it and would easy go back, the weather was unreal for October and it made the wedding we were attending that little bit better. The hotel was great, staff very friendly and very helpful, nothing was a hassle and helped in every way possible, food was first class and good bar facilities.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. A lovely hotel with rooms that were comfortable, clean and warm. The food was very good as well. Generous helpings of lovely home cooked food. Central location as well which was handy.
