Fantastic location, very near the beach and shop/garage and local restaurants. Nice flat with a balcony, well laid out and good through put of cooling air with the windows open. All the appliances and the shower worked. Clean sheets and towels. A great base for visiting Arrieta and spending most of the time out.
This could be a really lovely flat with some tender loving care. A bit of specialist cleaning, some basic repairs, some new crockery, more utensils (e.g. a chopping board), comfortable sofa, chair and beds would make a huge difference.
