The girl that works there was very attentive and helpful
We arrived to the hostal to find out that they had set us in a room that was not finished, the owner explained that it had been a mistake and the room wasn't meant to be available yet because it was not ready. The water in the shower was cold, the room was half furnished and we had to put up with constant noise from construction workers who were working to finished the rest of the floor. We explained our disappointment to the owner and asked for a compensation in the price and he refused. We ended up paying 60 soles more than people who didn't book through booking and had a fully-equipped room.
