Set within a beautifully converted Edwardian villa, Manor House 4 is an attractive first-floor apartment offering panoramic views over Looe’s harbour, coastline, and countryside. With a small private balcony, modern interiors, and allocated parking, this stylish retreat provides a peaceful yet convenient base for exploring Looe and beyond.The bright and airy open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area is comfortably furnished and has French doors which open onto the private balcony, furnished for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the scenery.The lounge area has comfortable leather seating and includes a Samsung Neo QLED 43” Smart TV with access to streaming services (guests can log in with their own accounts), a DAB radio, and free WiFi.The modern kitchen is sleek and fully fitted with light wood cabinetry and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Appliances include a ceramic hob with extractor, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave.The spacious double bedroom includes drawer and hanging space and a wash basin is conveniently positioned within an alcove in the room. The ensuite bathroom features a bath with overhead shower and WC. Additionally there is a separate cloakroom with WC and wash basin.Manor House 4 enjoys an elevated position, just a few minutes walk down a steep hill to the centre of Looe (a little longer on the way back up!) where you’ll find shops, cafés, restaurants, and the main sandy beach. The manor house apartment is situated high on the side of East Looe, which gives you fantastic views of the town and harbour. The apartment was very clean and I was happy that it complied with covid cleanliness standards. The kitchen had a high standard of appliances needed for a self catering holiday, the two toilets were a bonus and the bed was comfortable. The overall standard was very good.

Brilliant position in Looe - you really need to have somewhere to park your car in this town, and there was ample parking right next to the house. The view was excellent to look out on from the living room - you could sit and watch the ever changing activity in the river below all day.
The walk down to East Looe is short (under 10 mins) but very steep climb back up. There are plenty of nice places to eat and to shop (food and other).
We found the sofa bed in the living room more comfortable than the one in the bedroom - which meant we could see the view from bed in the morning!
If you like your technology, then the internet can be a real problem in the area. We managed to use 4G and hotspot to laptop by leaving our mobile phone on the balcony (bring a plastic bag for rain!!)- but it wasn't brilliant - but then holidays are for getting away from all that anyway aren't they?
