Toucan Villa is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat in the gated rainforest of Manuel Antonio Estates, blending Mediterranean style with Costa Rican nature. This 2,200 sq ft home spans two levels joined by a spiral staircase and provides modern amenities, terraces with jungle views, frequent wildlife sightings, and easy access to Manuel Antonio National Park and nearby beaches. Enjoy jungle breeze at dusk.
The upper level features a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area with large windows and sliding doors opening to rainforest views. One air-conditioned bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bath is also located on this level. A wraparound sofa and terrace overlooking the garden and pool provide the perfect spots to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
The lower level opens directly to the pool and garden through sliding doors. It includes a second living area, laundry room, two air-conditioned bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), two bathrooms, and direct pool access.
The private pool is surrounded by tropical gardens, ideal for lounging or grilling your favorite meal. Fine woodwork and thoughtful design details create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

This property is just as listed and a lovely house. The outdoor space is lovely and well maintained. The house and kitchen have all needed items. We went during rainy/green season and there were several storms which knocked out the power, but it was typically quickly restored. Great communication with manager. Gated neighborhood and felt safe. Hidden waterfall in the neighborhood was amazing!! Great stay.

We were six adults staying at Villa Toucan for 8 nights, The house is very well located just on the edge of the town of Quepos. It is one of the lower elevation houses, which makes walking to town easy compared to other houses on the property that are higher up the steep hill. The house is surrounded by forest which is full of animal activity. We were able to observe, very closely, three species of monkeys on numerous occasions. Tons of birds, including Macaws and Toucans and several hawks, plus hummingbirds. The trees and the pool provided a nice respite from the daytime heat. The house is far enough away from other units to ensure a quiet setting. The house is well appointed although some thin cushions on the wooden deck chairs would add to the comfort while spending hours on the upper deck watching life go by. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have air conditioning. There are three full bathrooms. The internet service was good and reliable. A car is very useful to be able to explore a bit farther away, and for groceries, and there are many good restaurants in Quepos itself and also on the road leading to Manuel Antonio National Park. The service at the property was excellent and super fast when we made inquiries. Communication was easy and quick. There are many excellent beaches nearby and wildlife tours are very easy to organize and are excellent. This property is very highly recommended.

The property is lovely, as described, and perfectly suited for our purpose. However, it was Andrés and his attention to our every request that made the stay exceptional. From his pre-arrival communications (directions, grocery store, restaurant suggestions) to prompt attention to our queries, and his assistance in requesting taxi service. He not only satisfied our needs, he anticipated them. Many thanks, Andrés for making our Quepos stay truly memorable.

Lovely place! The only issue was the lack of air conditioning outside of the bedrooms. Very uncomfortable to sit anywhere outside the bedrooms.
