About this house rental
This unique home is located on a private road on North Sunken Meadow with waterviews of Cape Cod Bay. Two of the three decks overlook the natural beauty of the Salt Marsh and Tidal Creek. The main deck was recently renovated and includes a retractable awning . Outside there is a brick patio area with hammock and dining area. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The house was recently upgraded with split ductless a/c. This home includes a master bedroom with queen bed and a gas fireplace. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms on 2nd level have panoramic views of Audubon Lands and Billingsgate Island of Cape Cod Bay. There is a full bath with walk-in shower on 2nd level. The Main level has large living room with fireplace, full bath, kitchen and dining room. Off of kitchen their is a sunroom where one can enjoy listening to music or reading a good book. The lower level is fully finished with entertainment area and futon couch. There is a third bedroom with 2 twin beds in finished basement and a/c. This home is pure easy living where one can get away from it all.

Nice place with great sunsets and views the basement bedroom has a bathroom and that is the double bedroom. WiFi works and the grill is easy to use, we also appreciated all of the information that the owner left us. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen had spices which was appreciated.

This was a family vacation - with our 2 adult children - and it worked out perfectly. The house is modern, clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. The views are awesome out onto the marsh with the bay in the distance. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck enjoying the scenery and the fresh air. The location is great, not too busy in that area. I would look to rent again next time we do a Cape vacation.
