Beautiful, safe, and clean property. Sergey was very responsive and helpful for what we needed. The pool was very nice and the rooms large with more than enough space for 3 adults. The location is quiet and residential. There is a washer and dryer as well as a washing machine if needed. The air cons worked well.
The location is ok. It is a bit of a walk to the beach (15 mins) and there isn’t really anything on the road to the beach. Grab drivers found it a hard location to find. There weren’t enough amenities and it was hard to locate things. For example, there was only one hair dryer even though there are two bathrooms and there was no extra toilet paper other than what was initially left for us. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and we couldn’t find the right kind at the Tops. Extra pillows on the bed would have been a nice touch and made it feel more luxurious. We had to pay for a lot of extras (toilet paper, shampoo, coffee) as well as the electricity we used which would have been helpful to know prior to booking.

Sergey was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay becomes comfortable and hassle free.
Good size pool, chilled air-conditioning, great beds and privacy. Amenities were provided and villa was close to many facilities like 7 eleven.
Will stay again when visit Phuket
