Generally nice hotel (comparable to decent 4 star properties in other destinations). Friendly amd approachable staff, off peak we got an upgrade for free and a free drink etc.
Unfortunately, we booked an excursion with the hotel owned travel desk. The excursion was cancelled from their side due to a lack of participants, which can happen. Instead of an immediate refund, we had to fill out a paper form to be processed by the hotel. The desk guranteed it should be refunded within two weeks.
Now more than two weeks in, we are still owed 160€ for a trip that never took place and follow-ups with the Mangias back office do not lead to a resolution. This is a is really disappointing for 5star property.
Knowing this, I would avoid any trips that go through the tour booking desk.

Beautiful property with an amazing breakfast
When I arrived to my room, the bathroom had tiny speckles of black hair all over the sink. Clearly it was not cleaned properly. I informed the front desk and they came to re-clean the bathroom.

The property was spacious, clean snd facilities worked. Bathroom was also very nice to use with small and big shower head
Only thing was the having to shut all the doors and windows for the AC to work and not being able to connect the TV to connect the TV to internet without HDMI - which was a fault on my part but other than that - everything was really good

I like the pool view , beautiful sunsets from the garden and pool area
I didn’t like the luxury treatment itself , first time I’ve been to a luxury hotel that doesn’t feel like it. I didn’t feel special , they knew we were celebrating a bday and didn’t went above and beyond. Anything special. Very robotic interaction, very transactional
