Great place in Tarifa. I booked it for price and proximity to bus station and ferry. It is also a short walk to the beach and old town, as well as a couple supermarkets. It has curtains so beds are private and it is dark and quiet at night.
An outdoor space would really add to the beach vibe. Smokers sat out front on the road and it wasn't a great look. A couple of chairs/mini-stools would fix it. Not really a cook-in kinda kitchen but the microwave was sufficient for one night. It sounds like I'm too harsh. It was a really nice place, but here's a couple minor suggestions.

I loved how clean and new it felt. Everything was well laid out and organised. It is one of the best hostels I have stayed in Spain.

One of the nicest Hostil’s that I stayed at the owners spend all day cleaning. If you have any questions about anything they are there to help . I would highly recommend this.
